You can find us in Pune at Prasanna Shri CHS, specifically in room 403. It’s a residential society, so it doesn't feel like a cold office building. Bricmont India Pvt has been using this space for a while now. It’s a bit of a tight fit with all our equipment, but we make it work. We have a couple of desks pushed against the walls and some shelves filled with books and folders. The view from the fourth floor is just other buildings, but it’s quiet enough for us to focus. We don't have any fancy signs or a big entrance. You just ring the bell and we’ll let you in. We spend our days mostly on our computers or talking to each other about the projects we have going on. It’s a simple setup. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just do the work. Pune is a nice place to be based. It’s not as fast as Mumbai, which suits our style. We like to take things as they come. We don't have any corporate goals written on the walls. We just want to get through our list of things to do and do a good job of it. It’s a very human way to work. We sometimes have tea together in the afternoon and just talk about normal things before getting back to the screens.
