Bravs Agro Ventures Private Limited operates out of a flat in Pune, specifically in the Sneh Ganga building on Shankar Shet Road. We are in Fl No.B-304, which is basically where all the magic happens, or at least where all the desks are crammed in. Living and working in Pune means there is always a lot of traffic outside, but inside we are just focused on our agro ventures. The building is part of a larger residential area, so it feels very much like a home-grown operation. We have been here for a while now, navigating the complexities of the agriculture business from a third-floor apartment. It’s a bit of a squeeze when everyone is in the office at the same time, but we don't mind. The tea guy downstairs knows us well because we order so many rounds during our afternoon meetings. We do not have any corporate stuff or fancy lobbies. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of maps and agricultural data. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and farmers, trying to coordinate everything from this little corner of Pune. The address might seem like just another apartment, but there is a lot of serious work going on behind those doors. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good exercise anyway. We’re just regular people trying to build something that lasts in the farming world.
