Bpozitions is based right here in Pune, specifically in the 411038 area. We have been around for a while now, just doing our thing in the local business scene. It is a Pune-grown setup through and through. We deal with a lot of different staffing and business needs, mostly focusing on how to get things running smoother for other companies. It is not always easy working in a fast city like this, but we like the pace. Our office is a place where we actually talk to people instead of just sending automated emails all day. We started this because we saw how many people were looking for work in Maharashtra and how many companies needed help. It is pretty simple, really. We spend our mornings catching up on emails and the afternoons are usually for meetings or interviews. The 411038 neighborhood is where we feel most at home. We aren’t trying to be some giant global entity that forgets its roots. We just want to be a reliable place for folks in Pune to turn to when they have business requirements or are looking for a new spot to work. Our small team makes sure the daily tasks get done. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic, especially on Mondays, but we manage. We just keep our heads down and do the work that is right in front of us. It is just a normal day at the office.
