Bpozitions is based in Pune at Mangalam Chambers. We are specifically in Flat No. 6 on Paud Road, postcode 411038. Since we are in a flat, the office has a very lived-in, local feel to it. It’s not like those cold, industrial offices you find in the tech parks. Paud Road is always buzzing with students, shoppers, and traffic, so there is plenty of energy just outside our door. We can hear the sounds of the street during the day, which keeps things from feeling too isolated. Inside, we have our desks and equipment set up for our BPO work. It’s a small team, so we all know each other's habits and how we like our tea. We spend a lot of time on calls or handling back-office tasks. The space in Mangalam Chambers is a bit tight sometimes, especially when we have a lot of files, but we make it work. It feels like a real Pune business—grounded, a bit messy in the corners, and very practical. We don't have a big sign with flashing lights, just our name on the door. People come and go, and we just keep our heads down and stay on top of the workload. It’s a decent way to earn a living in a great part of the city. We enjoy being right where the action is on Paud Road.
