Bpozitions

Bpozitions is based at Ek Dant Society in Bibwewadi, under the care of Anna Pauskar. It is a quiet residential area, which is nice for getting work done without too much noise from the main roads. We have been here for a while and the setup works well for us. Our office is not a big corporate building with a lobby and security guards. It is just a regular room with our desks and computers. We start our mornings quite early, usually with some tea while we go over the tasks for the day. Bibwewadi is a good part of town, though the traffic near the society can get a bit congested in the evenings. We do not really go for using fancy words to describe what we do. We just show up and handle whatever needs to be handled. Sometimes the internet is slow or we have to deal with the usual power cuts, but we make it work. It is a very hands-on way of running things. We do not have a big staff, so everyone here knows exactly what is going on at any given time. We like the fact that we are part of a local society. It feels more personal than being in a cold office park. We have our routines and we stick to them. It is not always perfect, and sometimes the office gets a bit messy when we are busy, but that is just part of being a real business. We just want to do our jobs.
