Our office is tucked away in the Uma Housing Society on Gokhale Road. It's specifically building B-2/2, unit 422. Model Colony is a nice area, fairly quiet for the most part, which helps when we're trying to concentrate on our tasks. We’ve been here at Bpozitions Enterprise India Pvt.Ltd for a bit now. It feels more like a lived-in space than a corporate building. There’re a lot of old trees around the society, so the walk from the gate is actually quite nice. We aren't a huge team. Usually, it's just a handful of us sitting around the computers, dealing with whatever the day brings. The office has a small kitchen area where we make tea. We spend a lot of time on calls and sorting through spreadsheets. Sometimes the building elevator is a bit slow, so we take the stairs instead. It’s one of those places where everyone knows the security guard’s name. We don't have those big glass walls or a reception desk that looks like it belongs in a movie. It's just desks, chairs, and some filing cabinets. We try to stay organized, though some days it's easier said than done. We like the location in Pune 16 because it's central enough to reach most places without too much trouble. Most of us have been working together for quite a while now. We just do the work and try to keep things moving as best as we can.
