Our office is in the Madhuban Housing Society, specifically Flat 712 in Building A. It’s located in the Vishrantwadi area of Pune. It’s a bit different working out of a housing society, but it makes the environment feel more relaxed and less like a cold office building. We have our desks set up and the internet stays pretty reliable. People around here are mostly residents, so we try to keep our noise down. We do our work, which involves a lot of computer time and coordination. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and some trees. We’ve been in Pune for a while and like this spot because it's easy for us to get to. There is no big receptionist desk or anything like that. You just come up to the flat. We usually have some snacks around because someone is always hungry. The day starts around nine and we go until the work is done. It’s a simple operation.
