We’ve been over here at the Kaka Halwai Indl Estate for a good while now. Number 213 is where you’ll find us. It gets pretty busy around here with all the other units nearby, but we like the energy. Most days start early, usually with a cup of tea while we look at the schedule for the Mahindra vehicles coming in. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. You see a lot of different people coming through the doors, from guys with their first work truck to families who've had their cars for years. The floor stays noisy with the tools and the engines running, which is just how it is in this part of town. Sometimes the rain makes things a bit messy outside, but we just keep going. We don’t have any big speeches to give about what we do. It’s just about looking at what’s in front of us and making sure the work is finished by the time the sun goes down. Most of the staff has been here long enough that we don’t really need to talk much to know what needs doing next. It’s a decent living and we know our way around these engines pretty well by now. If you're passing through the estate, you'll see our sign. It’s a plain setup, but it works for us and the folks who bring their vehicles here.
