We are located out in the Mulshi area, specifically at Gut No 82, 126, and 132 in V.K. Amboli. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here to Post Ambadvatghotawade, but having the space is necessary for the kind of work we do. Being away from the main city noise is actually quite nice, though the roads can be a bit rough after the monsoon rains. Our facility is pretty large because we handle a lot of heavy equipment and assembly work. It’s a proper industrial setup with high ceilings and plenty of room for the machines. Most of the people working here come from the nearby villages or commute from the edge of Pune. We start early in the morning when it’s still cool. There’s a lot of focus on the technical details of the packaging machinery we handle. You’ll see a lot of people in work clothes moving around with clipboards and tools. It’s not a place for suits. We have a canteen where everyone grabs tea and lunch, and that’s usually where most of the catching up happens. The area around us is still quite green, which makes a change from the usual industrial zones. We’ve been at this location for a while now and it has become our main base for everything we do in this part of the country. It’s a lot of hard work, but we have a good routine going. It takes time, but we get there eventually.
