You can find us at 103, Nagaras Estate, which is right near Medipoint in the Aundh area of Pune. Bis-Hr Solution Pvt.Ltd. has been running out of this office for some time now. We focus on HR stuff, which means our days are mostly filled with talking to people and looking at their backgrounds. It’s a busy little office and we try to keep things moving. Aundh is a great area to be in, and being near Medipoint makes it pretty easy for people to find us when they have an appointment. Our space isn't huge, but we have enough room for the team and all the files we have to keep. It feels like a real workplace, not some sterile lab. We’ve got some plants that we try to keep alive and plenty of folders stacked up on the desks. We aren't trying to be the biggest HR firm in the country, just a reliable one for the folks here in Pune. We know the local job market pretty well since we are right in the middle of it. Most of us have been working here together for a while, so we have a good rhythm going. If you stop by, you'll probably see us buried in paperwork or on a call. It's just how the days go here at Nagaras Estate. We like the local vibe and being part of the Aundh business community. We are usually here early and leave once the work is finished for the day.
