For Birla Sunlife Insurance Co Ltd, we are based over at Katraj Road in Pune. Our office is Flat 17 in Patang Plaza Phase 2. It’s a busy building with a lot of other things going on. Being in a plaza means there are always people coming and going. We are up in Flat 17. It is a basic office space. We have our desks, some chairs for people to sit on, and a lot of insurance forms. The walls are a bit plain, but we are there to work, not to look at the decor. Katraj Road is always noisy, so we hear the buses and bikes all day long. It keeps us feeling connected to the city. We aren't some distant corporate entity. We are right here in the mix of things. Some days it gets pretty hectic with people asking questions about their policies. We just take it one person at a time. We don't have any polished scripts or fancy marketing brochures laying around. We just talk to people and help them with what they need. The office is practical. We have a small tea station in the corner which gets a lot of use. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We are just a local team in Pune trying to handle the insurance side of things without any unnecessary fuss. We show up and do what we can for those who come by.
