Birda Agrocres Private Limited is based in Pune. You can find us at S. No. 210/34, Plot No. 99, inside the Ishan Co-Operative Housing Society in Sanghvi. Our office is in a residential neighborhood, which makes it feel very different from those big glass buildings in the tech parks. We chose the 411057 area because it is a quiet spot to get work done. Most of the time it is just a few of us in a room with some computers and a lot of coffee. We deal with agricultural projects and try to find ways to make farming more efficient. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes with all the files and equipment we have lying around. Being in a housing society means we have to be mindful of the neighbors, so we don't have big crowds coming in. We are a small team and we like it that way. We don't use any of that fancy corporate language that you hear in the city. We just talk about what needs to be done for the day and then we do it. Sometimes we spend hours on the phone with suppliers or looking at maps of farmland. It is a very practical, hands-on business. We are just regular people in Pune trying to do something useful in the agro sector without making a big fuss about it.
