Our shop is number 7 in Sagar Plaza 4A, located in Tukaramnagar in Talegaon. It is a nice area, a bit cooler than Mumbai, which we appreciate. Birajdar Fashion Combination India is basically run out of this shop unit. It is a decent-sized space, but it fills up fast when we get new stock in. We have shelves lining the walls and a big counter where we do most of the sorting and folding. Tukaramnagar is a growing neighborhood, so there are always new people walking by and peeking in. We spend a lot of time just organizing the different combinations of clothes we have. It is not a high-end showroom with spotlights; it is just a regular shop with tube lights and a couple of chairs for when we get tired. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps when the shop gets too stuffy. The neighbors in Sagar Plaza are friendly, and we often chat with the other shop owners during slow hours. Most of our day involves checking the fabric and making sure the orders are packed properly for shipping. It is honest work and keeps us busy from morning till evening. We do not use any fancy systems, just a lot of lists and manual checking. It is a humble setup here in Talegaon, and we just focus on getting the work done every day without any fuss.
