We are located at 47/2 in Ramgarh. The company name is Bindus Farmers Producer Company Limited. Ramgarh is where we live and where we work, so it made sense to set up here. We are a small team of local people. Most of us have been involved in farming our whole lives. We started this company because we wanted to have a better way to handle the business part of our farms. It is a lot different than just being out in the field all day. There is a lot of bookkeeping and planning involved that we did not always have to do before. Our space is not much to look at, just a basic room with the essentials. We do not spend money on fancy decorations or expensive signs. We would rather put our resources into the crops and the equipment. Sometimes the weather does not cooperate and we have to change our plans quickly, but that is just part of the life we chose. We talk to each other plainly and do not try to sound more important than we are. We are just farmers who are trying to work together to make things a bit easier for everyone in the group.
