Bics Agro Products Private Limited is located near the Nawale Industrial Estate in Narhe. We are at survey number 51/7A/1. Being near an industrial estate means things are always moving around here. It’s a bit different from being out in the middle of a field, but our work is still all about agriculture. We focus on products that help people grow their crops better. The Narhe area is quite busy, and our place is tucked in there with many other small businesses. We don’t have a big front desk or anything like that. Usually, we are in the back handling the products or talking to customers on the phone. It’s a small group of us here. We deal with the day-to-day tasks of running a private company without much fuss. We aren't interested in looking polished. We just want the products we handle to be reliable. Most of our time is spent checking inventory or organizing shipments. It can get a bit hectic when a new batch of items arrives. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a product isn't right, we say so. Being in an industrial zone helps with getting things moved quickly. We’ve been at this for a while and we know the local landscape well. It’s just a practical business doing practical things for the farming community. There is always a lot to do, and we just keep pushing through the daily list of tasks.
