We are located in the T Block of the MIDC industrial area in Bhosari. Our unit is W-42. Bhosari is a pretty big industrial hub, and being in the T Block means we are surrounded by a lot of other companies and warehouses. Western Hills Agro Products Pvt Ltd is run from this spot. It is a very practical environment. We do not have any plush carpets or fancy art on the walls. It is a lot of concrete and metal, which makes sense for what we do. The noise from the neighboring units is something you just get used to after a while. We spend our time managing the agro products and making sure the orders are ready to go out. The trucks come in and out of the yard all day long. It can be a bit chaotic during the peak hours, but we have a system that works for us. We are not much for corporate meetings or long presentations. We would rather just be on the floor seeing how things are moving. Working in the MIDC means you are part of a big network of people just trying to make a living. It is a tough, honest way to work, and we have been at W-42 for enough years that it feels like home now. We just keep our focus on the daily grind.
