Aryan Industries

Aryan Industries is located right on the Chakan Talegaon Highway, just opposite Savali Dhabha in Sudumbre. It’s a dusty spot because of all the trucks passing by at high speeds. The building is basically a large shed where we do all our heavy work. If the wind is blowing the wrong way, you get all the smoke from the dhabha’s kitchen coming inside, which makes everyone hungry. We start early because the heat on the highway gets pretty bad by noon. The sound of metal hitting metal is what you hear most of the time here. It’s loud and it’s messy. We don’t have air conditioning, just some big industrial fans that mostly just move the warm air around. The workers wear heavy boots and we all have our own spots on the floor. It’s not the kind of place you’d wear a suit to. We have a small cabin for paperwork, but it’s mostly filled with old files and spare parts that we haven't found a home for yet. The highway outside is always under repair or something, so getting in and out of the gate can be a bit of a challenge some days. We just deal with the traffic and the noise as part of the job. It’s a straightforward operation. We do the work, load the trucks, and wait for the next day to start it all over again.
