Bhoominandan Farmer Producer Company Limited

You can find us over at Cs No 829, in the Shiv Uma Appartment area, specifically at Godown No. 1. This is in S Karvir, which is part of Kolhapur. We are called Bhoominandan Farmer Producer Company Limited. We use the godown space to store our stuff and keep the business running. Being in Kolhapur, there is a lot of agricultural history, and we are just trying to keep that going in a way that works today. We aren't a big office-based company. Most of our work happens on the ground or in the warehouse. We spend our time checking on stock and talking to the farmers who are part of our group. It’s a bit cramped in the office sometimes, but it gets the job done. We don’t bother with anything that isn't necessary. If you come by, you’ll probably see us moving crates or sitting at a small desk doing the accounting. We started this because we wanted a place where our collective voice could be heard. It’s not always smooth sailing, and we have our share of arguments about how things should be done, but we always figure it out eventually. We’re just regular people who care about the land and want to make a living from it. It’s a simple life, but it’s ours. We just take things as they come and try to keep the business moving.
