You can find us over at Vilas Laxman Bhojane’s place at Gut No 85 in the village of Vita. That’s in the Kannad part of Aurangabad. We are a bunch of farmers who came together to form this company. It’s not a big operation with lots of employees. It’s mostly just us and our families. We do everything from planting to figuring out the logistics of moving the crops. The "Agrotech" part of our name sounds a bit modern, but we are still very much tied to the old ways of working the land. We just use some better tools now. The office is really just a room in the house where we keep the records. We meet there when we need to decide on what to plant next or how to deal with a bad harvest. Vita is a quiet spot, and we like the peace. We don't have fancy brochures or a marketing person. If you want to know about us, you just come and ask. We deal with all kinds of local produce. It's heavy work and the days are long, but we prefer being outdoors. We started this company to give ourselves a bit more stability. Instead of everyone doing their own thing, we help each other out with the costs. It's a simple, honest way to run a business in our district. We aren't looking to change the world, just to keep our farms going.
