Bhavani Varieties

Bhavani Varieties is located in Versova Nanded. We have a lot of different things squeezed into our small space. It's one of those shops where you have to look closely to see everything. We spend our mornings dusting the shelves and moving boxes around. The floor is made of tile and it’s seen a lot of feet over the years. Versova Nanded is a quiet enough area but we get our share of visitors. We don't have a big team, just us keeping an eye on things. Sometimes we sit outside on a plastic chair when it’s slow. The street outside is narrow so we see everyone who goes by. We don't really use a lot of technology here. Just a simple calculator and a notebook for the accounts. It’s been like this for a long time and we like the way it works. People stop by to chat even if they aren't buying anything. We have a few old fans that hum all day long. The light inside is a bit yellow but it makes the place feel cozy. We try to keep a bit of everything so people don't have to go far. It’s a lot of work to keep track of all the small items but we manage. We aren't looking to change much about how we do things. It's just a regular shop for regular people and we're happy to be here. A cat sometimes sleeps near the entrance when it's sunny out. We don't mind. We've always lived nearby.
