We’ve been here at Sagar Arcade for a while now. It’s at number 41, right on the Falsawadi Ring Road in Deccan Gymkhana. The shop isn’t fancy at all but it gets the job done for us. People come in looking for different things and we try to help them out as best as we can. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud because of the ring road, and it makes it hard to hear customers. We open up pretty early most days of the week. Dealing with people and their questions takes up most of our time. It’s just a regular local business without any big corporate backing. We keep our stock on the metal shelves and try to keep things organized, though it gets quite messy when we are busy. If you are walking around the arcade, you will see us there. It’s a decent spot to work from. We don’t have a big team, just a couple of us working here every day. Most of the people who come by live nearby or work in the other offices in the building. We handle whatever comes our way during the day. It’s not always easy and some days are very slow, but it’s what we do. The arcade has been here for years. We’ve seen many other shops come and go while we stayed. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks. No big fancy speeches here.
