The lanes around here are narrow and always full of people, scooters, and the smell of local food. Our office is tucked away, and it feels like a real part of the neighborhood. It’s not a modern glass building; it’s a traditional space with a lot of character. We deal with people one-on-one. There is no automated system or fancy lobby. You just come in, sit down on one of the old wooden chairs, and we talk about what needs to be done. We do a lot of our work by hand or on older equipment that we’ve known how to use for decades. It might take a bit longer than a big factory, but we pay attention to the details. We don't have a marketing budget or a social media manager. Most of our visitors come because they heard about us from a neighbor or a friend. The afternoon silence in the Peth is something we really value, even if it only lasts for a little while before the evening rush starts.
