Bharat Electronics Ltd

Bharat Electronics Ltd is situated out in Mankarwadi. This is in the Indapur Taluka of Pune district. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like the pace here. We have a simple setup at our post office location. It’s mostly about managing the local needs and keeping things running smoothly. The air is a bit fresher out here than in the middle of Pune. We arrive in the morning, check the mail, and see what the day brings. Most of our work is hands-on. We don't have a lot of visitors, but we’re always busy with something. The building is plain and functional. We have a few benches outside where we sit during breaks. The locals know us, and we know them. It’s the kind of place where people stop to say hello. We don’t have a big corporate sign or anything, just our name so people know they’re in the right place. It can get quite dusty during the dry season, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the equipment and the desks. It’s a quiet life, but the work is steady. We handle a lot of different electronic tasks throughout the week. It’s just us, working away in Mankarwadi. We like the routine and the way things get done without too much fuss.
