Bhand Patil Farmers Producer Company is based in Wadjee, a small place in the Paithan area of Aurangabad. You can find us at Gat Number 224. We are a bunch of local farmers who decided to pool our resources. It’s a simple operation. We don't have a big staff or a fancy office. Most of the time, the office is just a place to keep the rain off our heads while we talk business. We focus on the practical side of farming. Everyone knows the Bhand and Patil families around here, so we have deep roots in this soil. We don't bother with corporate talk or polished presentations. We just discuss what seeds to buy or when to sell the produce. It gets dusty and loud during the harvest, but that’s when we are happiest. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to finish our work by candlelight. It isn't perfect, but it is our business. We take things as they come. There are good years and bad years in farming, and we’ve seen them all. We just want to keep things going for the next generation. We don't have a website or a social media manager. We just have our names and our word. That’s how we do things in Wadjee. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, which is getting through the season.
