Bhalerao Farmer Producer Company Limited

We operate out of Nandgaon Kh, which is a small area in Parbhani. Our base is at House Number 543. It’s basically just a house where we keep the books for Bhalerao Farmer Producer Company Limited. The people around here have been farming for generations, and we thought it was time we joined up. Parbhani is known for its agriculture, but sometimes the individual farmer gets lost in the middle of everything. We wanted to make sure that didn’t happen to us. It’s mostly just neighbors helping neighbors. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just want to get the crops sold and the supplies bought at prices that don't break us. Some days are slow, just waiting for the weather to turn or for a truck to arrive. Other days are a total rush with people coming in and out. We aren't very polished when it comes to the business talk. We use simple English and talk about things like rain, fertilizer, and the cost of transport. Living in this part of Maharashtra, you learn to be practical. If the machine breaks, you fix it. If the crop is good, you work harder. That's the way it goes at H.No.543. We handle the paperwork there and try to keep things organized, even if the folders get a bit dusty from the road outside. It's a local effort through and through. We are just people from the village trying to do better for our families and neighbors.
