Bhalchandra Hospital

Bhalchandra Hospital is tucked away at Survey No 1/4 in New Laxmi Nagar. It’s right in the middle of Pimple Gurav. If you live around here, you know it’s a growing area with a lot of new people moving in. We see a lot of those families. The hospital is a practical building. It wasn't built to look pretty; it was built to be a place where people can get better. We have different departments, but it all feels like one big family because we’ve all worked together for so long. The mornings are usually the most hectic part of the day. Doctors are doing their rounds and people are waiting for their appointments. New Laxmi Nagar is a nice spot, though it gets a bit crowded. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We just try to keep up with the changes. We aren't a giant chain hospital. We are just this one location in Pimple Gurav. We don't have a corporate office somewhere else telling us what to do. We just look at who is in the waiting room and try to help them. It’s hard work, and the shifts can be really long. Sometimes we’re here late into the night. But it’s what we do. It’s a solid, local hospital that the community relies on when things go wrong and people need some help getting back on their feet.
