Bhagyodaya Sales And Services

This is basically an office set up in Flat No 4 at Anant Appt. We are located in Sadashiv Peth, which is a busy part of Pune. Mr. B.S. Bhagat is the one who handles things here. Since it’s an apartment building, it feels a lot more like a home than a shop. Bhagyodaya Sales And Services has been operating out of 1145 Sadashiv Peth for quite some time. We have our files stacked up in the corner and a couple of phones that never seem to stop ringing. Being in a Peth area means the lanes are narrow and there’s always something happening right outside the window. We spend most of our time answering calls and trying to coordinate things for our customers. It’s not the kind of place with a big sign outside or a glass front. You have to know where you're going to find us in Anant Appt. We drink a lot of chai during the day to stay sharp. The work is mostly about managing sales and making sure the service side of things doesn't fall behind. It’s just a few of us working together. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. We just focus on the list of things that need to get done before the day ends. It’s a bit cramped with all the paperwork, but we make it work.
