We are situated out on Sinhagad Road, specifically in the Dhayari area. Our unit is at S. No. 1/3- B. It’s a bit of a drive from the city center, but it’s where we have the space for the machines. Bhagyashree Accessories has been running for a while now. We make various small parts and accessories. It’s usually pretty loud inside because of the equipment running all the time. I have a small desk in the corner where I try to keep track of the daily output and the staff hours. It’s a lot of grease and metal, so my hands are rarely clean. We have a few guys who have been with us since the beginning. We don't really have a big sign outside, just the number on the gate. The road outside can get pretty jammed up with traffic in the evenings, so we try to time our deliveries carefully. Sometimes we have to stay late if a machine breaks down or if there’s a big order to finish by morning. There’s a small canteen nearby where we get our lunch and afternoon tea. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical place to get work done. We don’t really do any advertising; people usually find us through word of mouth or old connections. It’s a tough business sometimes, but we’ve managed to keep going. We just focus on getting the parts made right and making sure the counts are accurate.
