We've been running this rental business out of the Chichwad area for a while now. It's located right at Ram Niwas in Mohannagar, which is part of the MIDC industrial belt here in Pune. Since we are technically a US-based MNC, things are pretty organized around here, but on the inside, we still feel like a small local team on the ground. People usually come to us when they need a car for work trips or just getting around the city. The office is at house number 1413, and it's a pretty busy spot because of all the factories and warehouses nearby. We handle a lot of the paperwork and keep the fleet moving every day. Most of us have been working in Pune for years, so we know the roads and the traffic patterns better than any GPS. It’s not a fancy setup with glass walls, just a practical office where we get the keys ready and make sure the logbooks stay updated. Working in the MIDC belt means we see a lot of the same faces from the neighboring companies every morning. We just focus on keeping the cars in good shape and making sure the drivers know where they’re going. It's straightforward work. We don't do much fancy talk, we just stay busy with the rentals. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and things get a bit chaotic, especially when the rains start. That's just how it goes in this part of Pune.
