We operate out of the Khadki Business Center in the Khadki area. We are right in the middle of Khadki Bazar. Being in the market means it’s always lively and full of energy. There are sellers and shoppers everywhere outside. The building itself is a commercial one, so it’s full of other small businesses and offices. Our space is one of the rooms down the hall. It has a high ceiling and some large windows that look out over the market below. You can hear the sounds of the vendors calling out and the bikes revving throughout the day. We have several long tables where people sit. They are sturdy but have some scratches on them from years of use. We keep a stack of extra plastic chairs in the corner just in case we have more people than usual. The paint on the walls is a bit dull, but we have some posters up to cover the empty spots. It’s a very practical setup for what we do. We don't have a reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and find a spot to sit. It feels like a real part of the bazaar life. When the day is over, we lock up the metal shutters and head out into the evening crowd. It’s a busy, unpretentious place to be, and that suits us fine for our daily work.
