Our salon takes up a few shops, from number seven to ten, over here on Salunke Vihar Road. We are part of the Crystal Castle Society complex in Wanowrie. It is a nice area of Pune, and we have quite a bit of space since we combined those units. We do all the usual things you’d expect, like haircuts, skin treatments, and bridal work. It isn't always perfectly quiet in here, especially when we have several clients at once and the staff are all busy. We don't really use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just use our hands and our tools to help people feel a little better about their appearance. The morning shift is usually a bit calmer before the afternoon rush starts. We’ve been at this location in Phase No 1 for a while, so we know the local faces well. The shop isn't overly decorated, we just keep it functional and clean as best we can. Sometimes the water pressure acts up or we run out of a specific product, but we manage. It’s a local business through and through. We enjoy being part of the community here near Crystal Castle. We don't have a grand philosophy, we just show up, open the doors, and get to work on whatever the day brings.
