Our office is located at 4 54 Vishesh Khand in the Gomti Nagar area of Lucknow. It is a decent spot to be in, though finding the exact building number can sometimes be a little tricky if you aren't familiar with the blocks around here. We spend most of our time inside these walls dealing with the day-to-day operations of the group. It is a mix of different people working on various things, so it never really feels quiet. The desks are usually covered in files, and there is always someone on the phone or typing away at a keyboard. Gomti Nagar is a busy part of town, so there is always some noise from the street coming through the windows. We don’t really go for anything too fancy in the office; it’s just a practical space for work. We have our small kitchen area where we grab tea and talk about things other than work for a few minutes. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just how things go here. It’s a grounded place with a lot of history in how we operate. We have been in Lucknow for a good stretch, and the staff knows the rhythm of the city. We just keep our heads down and handle the business as it comes, making sure the paperwork is sorted and the calls are answered. It's a real office with real people doing real work every single day.
