It’s a well-known spot because Ashok Theatre is right nearby, so that’s usually how we explain the location to anyone coming over for the first time. Baxcounsel Inspection Bureau Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this Pune address for some years. The complex itself is older, but it serves our purposes well enough. Inside, it’s just a standard office setup with desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of cabinets for our inspection records. We do a lot of back-and-forth work between here and various industrial sites in the Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The traffic on the main road can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours, so we try to time our site visits carefully. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of shops and small businesses nearby. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy from the street, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our team here is small, mostly just a few inspectors and some admin help to keep the paperwork moving. We don't have a receptionist or anything, so if you walk in, one of us will just look up from our desk to help. It’s a practical way to run things without any extra fuss.
