We have our setup here between Hinjawadi and the Andheri Kurla Road area. The address is 41276. It is a bit of a trek depending on where you are coming from. We deal with science and technology stuff, which sounds a lot more glamorous than it actually is on a Tuesday morning. Mostly, it is about sitting at benches, looking at data, and trying to solve specific technical problems that come up. We have a lot of equipment that needs constant calibration, and sometimes the software doesn't want to cooperate. It is just the nature of the work. The team here is mostly focused on the research side of things. We aren't selling gadgets on a shelf. It is more about the long-term projects that take months or even years to finish. The office is full of whiteboards covered in notes that probably don't make much sense to anyone else. We drink a lot of coffee and spend a lot of time in front of screens. It is quiet for the most part, except for the hum of the cooling fans. We don't go in for big speeches or fancy corporate retreats. We just show up, look at the problems we have to solve, and try to make some progress before the day is over. It is steady work that requires a lot of focus and a bit of luck sometimes. We have been in this location for a while and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the labs and the city outside.
