Base Corporation Ltd.

This branch of Base Corporation Ltd. is tucked away in the Chandrika Society at Bibwewadi. We’re in the Mangalmurti building, number 686, right behind the Chandralok Hospital. It’s a much quieter area than some of our other spots, which is nice when you need to actually think. Because we’re in a residential society, it feels more like a house than a big corporate office. We have a small yard out front where some of the guys sit during their break to catch some sun. Inside, the rooms are a bit small, so we’ve had to get creative with how we store our files and equipment over the years. It’s a very local vibe here. Most of us live nearby, so we just walk or bike to work every morning. You won't see any big signs or bright lights outside. It’s just a regular building where we do our administrative work and coordinate things for the company. Sometimes the neighborhood kids play cricket on the street outside, which can be a bit distracting, but we don't really mind the noise. We have a small kitchen where we heat up our lunches, and the smell of whatever someone is eating usually drifts through the whole place by noon. It’s a steady pace of work here. We aren't rushing around like crazy, just ticking things off the list one by one. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day, and it feels more like home than a job most of the time.
