It's a bit of a unique setup because we handle both interior decorating and real estate consulting from the same spot. Khadki has a lot of history and we like being part of this housing society. Our office is filled with fabric samples, paint swatches, and a lot of property listings. It’s a busy place. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the state. We just help people find a place or fix up the one they already have. The atmosphere is very casual. You might find us sitting around a table with a client, just chatting about floor plans or property prices over some chai. The housing society is a nice community to be in. We don't use those high-pressure sales tactics you hear about. It’s more about seeing what someone needs and then looking through our books to find a match. Sometimes we’re out on the road looking at houses, and other times we’re here measuring things for a new kitchen design. It’s a practical, hands-on business. We don't have a big corporate team, just us here in Khadki making sure the interiors look okay and the real estate deals go through without too much trouble.
