We are located inside the Siddesh Cooperative Housing Society in Erandwane, at number 109, 5. Since we are based in a housing society, it doesn't really feel like a typical corporate office. It’s more like a workspace within a community. We focus on property valuation, so we spend a lot of time looking at buildings and land around Erandwane. Our office is a modest room where we keep all our documents and calculators. We don't have any big signs out on the street, so you usually have to ask the society guard where we are. Most of the people who come to see us are neighbors or locals who need help figuring out what their house or shop is worth. We’ve been at this for quite a while, and we’ve seen how the neighborhood has changed over the years. We aren't interested in making things look better than they are; we just give the facts as we find them. Our days are spent visiting sites and then coming back here to write up our findings. Sometimes we have tea with the other residents in the society while we take a break. It’s a very local way of doing business, and we prefer it that way. We don't do any big advertising because word of mouth in a place like this is usually enough to keep us going. If you need a simple, straightforward valuation, we’re usually around to help out during regular hours.
