Our office is located in Kumar Primavera, specifically Flat 501 in the A1 wing. This is over in the Kalyani Nagar Annex area, which people also call Wadgaonsheri or Sainath Nagar depending on who you ask. It’s a growing part of Pune with a lot of new buildings going up all the time. Being in an apartment complex for an office is a bit different, but it works for what we do. We aren’t a public-facing branch, so don’t expect a counter with a glass partition or a waiting area with magazines. It’s a workspace where we handle a lot of data and processing tasks. The view from the fifth floor is alright, you can see the rooftops of the neighborhood. We have a small kitchen area where we drink too much tea and talk about the weekend. The atmosphere is quiet and focused. Since we are part of a big international name, there’s a lot of pressure to get things right, but we keep the vibe pretty relaxed inside the office. We dress casually most days and just focus on our screens. It’s not the kind of place you’d notice from the street. You have to go through the security gate and take the lift up. We’ve been here for a while now and the team feels like a small family. No corporate speeches here, just people working through their queues and making sure the day's work is finished on time. We like the quiet here away from the main road noise.
