This branch is tucked away in Sylvan Height, over in Sanewadi. If you know the Aundh area in Pune, you know it's a decent place to be. We're on the fifth floor, B504, so it’s not like we’re right on the street where everyone walks past. You have to know where you’re going to find us. It’s usually quiet up here compared to the main road. We’ve got a small team. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn’t too bad. We deal with people from the apartments around here mostly. Banking is just banking, really. Lots of signatures and checking IDs. We don't try to make it more than it is. The building is okay, though the elevator acts up sometimes which is a real pain for everyone involved. We see people coming in for their savings or to ask about some old account their parents had. Pune weather is nice most of the year, so the office doesn't get too stuffy or uncomfortable. We just keep our heads down and get the entries done. There isn’t a lot of drama or excitement. People come in, we help them with their passbooks or whatever they need, and then they leave. It feels like a small community spot because we’ve been at this address for a bit. No corporate fluff here, just us doing the daily tasks and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the shift. We might not have the newest furniture, but the chairs are comfortable enough for the day.
