Khond Brothers Sales Llp

We are set up at No. 181/3 in Saykar Mala, right near Tamhane Chowk on Baner Road. It’s a busy part of Baner, especially with the New Medipoint nearby as a landmark. Khond Brothers Sales Llp is basically run by a few of us who have lived around here for a long time. The office stays pretty cluttered with paperwork and samples. We spend a lot of our day dealing with suppliers and taking orders from people who walk in or call us up. Being on Baner Road means there is always a lot of noise from the street, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We aren't a big corporation with fancy uniforms; we just wear what’s comfortable for a long day of work. The space we have is functional. We use the back area for storage and the front part for meeting anyone who drops by. Sometimes the parking out front gets a bit tight because of the other shops around Tamhane Chowk. We try to keep things moving quickly so people don't have to wait around too much. It’s a lot of manual tracking of sales and making sure the inventory matches what we have on the shelves. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot, but our little spot stays pretty much the same. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done and making sure the ledger balances at the end of the week.
