Banalata Agencies

You can find us at C-505 in the Springfields building, which is part of the Gananjay Society in Kothrud. It is a residential area, so our workplace feels a lot like a home. We run Banalata Agencies from this flat, surrounded by other families and neighbors. It is a different vibe than working in a big industrial park. We have boxes stacked in the corners and files organized on the shelves. Kothrud is a nice place to be, with plenty of trees and small shops nearby. Our day usually starts with checking the mail and seeing what deliveries have arrived. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us who handle the day-to-day operations. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the office when a new shipment comes in. We have to move the chairs around to make room. We don't spend money on fancy signs or advertising. Most of our work comes from people who already know where we are. Working out of Gananjay Society means we have to be mindful of the noise, but our work is mostly quiet anyway. We drink a lot of tea and stay busy with the paperwork and the phone calls. It is a straightforward business, run by regular people who just want to get the work done right. The view from the window is just the other buildings in Springfields and the trees in the society garden, which makes for a calm environment.
