Balaji Stationary And Mobile is located at what we call Chavan Corner in Marunji. We are right on the edge of the Gheekanta area. It’s a spot that gets a lot of foot traffic, which is why I decided to combine stationary with mobile services. On one side of the shop, we have notebooks, pens, and school supplies, and on the other, we handle mobile recharges and small repairs. It’s a bit of a mix, but it works for the people around here. The shop is usually quite noisy because of the traffic at the corner and the kids coming in after school. I spend a lot of my time fixing screens or helping someone set up a new SIM card. My hands are usually a bit dirty from the repair work, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t have any fancy displays. Everything is just kept in glass cases or on the shelves behind the counter. Marunji has changed a lot lately with more people moving in, so we’ve had to get busier too. It’s a long day, usually starting early and not finishing until late in the evening. I don’t mind it though. It’s good to be busy. We aren't a big chain store; it’s just a local corner shop where you can get your phone fixed and buy a pen at the same time. We just try to keep things simple for everyone who stops by.
