We are located at 369 Karve Nagar, on the 22nd Main in the 4th T Block. It’s a pretty standard industrial setup we have here. We mostly deal with making rubber parts like gaskets, washers, and various seals for different machines. The smell of raw rubber is something you never really get used to, but after a few hours in the morning, you stop noticing it. Our machines are older, but they still do the job of pressing and cutting the rubber into the shapes we need. It’s a lot of manual labor, loading the molds and trimming the excess bits off by hand once they cool down. The floor is stained with oil and we have to be careful where we step. We have a small office in the front where we keep the ledgers and handle the billing, but most of us are usually in the back where the production happens. Karve Nagar is a busy area, and we often have trucks trying to navigate the narrow street to drop off raw materials. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. We just fulfill orders as they come in from other companies who need our parts. It’s a steady kind of life, coming in early and leaving once the day’s quota is met. Sometimes we sit outside for lunch just to get some fresh air away from the heat of the presses.
