You can find us at Madhuri Niwas, located in Anand Park right along Dhanori Road here in Vishrantwadi. We’ve been operating out of this spot in Pune for a while, mostly just focusing on the finance side of things for Bajaj. It’s a decent neighborhood, though the road gets pretty jammed during the morning rush. Our office is on the ground floor, so people can just walk right in from the street without climbing any stairs. We handle a lot of paperwork every single day. Most of it is just checking IDs and making sure the numbers add up for the bike loans. It’s not a high-pressure environment, just steady work from morning until evening. We have a couple of desks and some old wooden chairs for people to sit on while they wait. The tea stall next door is where we usually get our afternoon break and a bit of gossip. We know most of the shopkeepers around here by now. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We don’t use any big words or fancy talk, just explain what’s needed for the application and get it filed. Sometimes the printer jams up and we have to fiddle with it for ten minutes. That’s just part of the day. We’re just regular people working a regular job in a busy part of Pune. We try to keep the desk clean but it never stays that way for long.
