We operate out of Jai Laxmi Niwas in Keshavnagar, which is part of the Kasarwadi area in Pune. Our pin code is 34. This place isn't a big office tower. It’s more of a local building where we’ve set up shop for Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd. It feels a lot like home because it’s in a neighborhood rather than a business park. We have a few rooms where we handle all the finance applications and customer questions. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture is a bit mismatched, but it works for us. We aren't here to look fancy. We are here to help people get their bike finance sorted. Kasarwadi is a busy area with a lot of movement, so we see people from all walks of life. We try to be helpful and just explain things in plain English or Marathi. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most of our visitors come because they live nearby or heard about us from a friend. We open up the office early and usually leave once the last file is put away. It is a simple, honest way to spend the day. We like being in Keshavnagar because it feels like we are part of the real Pune. It isn't glamorous, but it is exactly what we need.
