Bajaj Allianz

This Bajaj Allianz office is located in Pune, specifically near the MSEB area. We are right in the middle of Maharashtra, and the Pune vibe is very much a part of how we work. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters. Instead, it is a functional space where we handle insurance for the people nearby. Being close to the MSEB means there is always some activity around. Our daily life involves a lot of paperwork and talking to customers about their insurance plans. We don't use any polished marketing talk. We just sit across the desk and go over the files together. The office is a bit cramped with cupboards full of old records, but that's because we've been around for some time. The weather in Pune is usually nice, so we keep the door open often. People drop by on their way to work or while running errands. We try to be as helpful as possible without making things complicated. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We are just local staff doing our jobs in this part of Pune. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just have to wait, chatting with whoever is in the office. It’s a very human way of working. We just want to get the insurance stuff sorted for everyone who comes to see us. We stay busy until it's time to head home for the night.
