Our facility is located at Plot A-6/6 in the M.I.D.C. Industrial Area of Ranjangaon, over in the Shirur Taluka. It is a pretty vast area out here, and you can see hills in the distance when the sky is clear. The plot itself is quite large, which is necessary for the type of engineering work we do at Badve Cellino. There is a big gate at the front and a lot of open space for trucks to turn around. The walls are painted a standard industrial white, but they have picked up some dirt from the wind blowing across the open fields nearby. Inside, the ceilings are very high, and there is a lot of metal racking for all the components we handle. It can be a bit lonely out here compared to the city shops, as everything is spread out and there aren't many places to walk to. We mostly just stay within the compound. The office section is simple, with some basic computers and a few maps of the industrial zone on the walls. We get a lot of dust coming in when it is dry, so we are always wiping down the desks. Most of our staff comes in by the company bus or their own bikes. It is a straightforward environment where the focus is on getting the parts out on time. The routine is the same every day, starting with the morning check-ins and ending when the sun goes down.
