Our Pune branch is located at R R Ingle, which is in the 411101 zip code area. It’s a busy part of the city, and finding a parking spot near the office is usually the hardest part of our morning. B Mehtalia Consultants has a small team here, and we all sit in one main room together. It’s the kind of place where you can hear everyone’s conversations, so there aren't many secrets. The desks are always covered in sticky notes and half-empty coffee mugs. We have an old air conditioner that makes a lot of noise but doesn't really cool the room down as much as we’d like. Outside, the sounds of Pune—the rickshaws, the buses, and people shouting—are always there in the background. We have a small pantry where we keep a kettle and some biscuits for when we have to stay late to finish a project. It’s not a fancy setup with glass walls or modern art, just a practical space where we can focus on what needs to be done. Most days are pretty routine, involving a lot of data entry and phone calls to our other offices. We try to keep things moving along despite the occasional power cut or computer glitch. It’s just a regular, hardworking office where we do our best to stay on top of everything that comes across our desks.
