We’re over in Hadapsar at Shivananda Circle, 95 M to be exact. B M Parkhe Insurance Co has been here for a good while. Insurance isn’t the most exciting thing to talk about, but it’s what we know. People come in when they're worried about their cars or their homes. We sit down with them, usually with a cup of water or tea, and go over the papers. It can be confusing for folks, so we try to explain it in plain English without all the fine print talk. Our office isn’t anything special. It’s got some blue chairs and a lot of filing cabinets because there’s always so much paper to keep track of. The traffic around Shivananda Circle is always loud, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We aren't a big national chain with a billion-dollar budget. We’re just a local office where you can actually talk to a person instead of a machine. Sometimes the phones ring off the hook and we get a bit behind, but we eventually get to everyone. We live in the same area we work in, so we see our clients at the market or the park. That keeps us honest. We just do our best to make sure people have what they need when things go wrong. It’s a living and we’re glad to be doing it here in Hadapsar. We just take things one policy at a time.
