Axykno Capital Services Limited is located in Nagpur. We are at 101 Netaji Appartment Society, which is near Friends Colony in Akaar Nagar. It is a residential-style setup which makes the whole place feel pretty grounded and normal. We are not in one of those huge glass towers you see in the bigger cities. We are just on the first floor of the apartment building. It is easy to get to and most people in the area know the Netaji building. Inside, it is a standard office. We have our files, our computers, and a couple of tables for when we need to sit and talk. We do not do anything flashy or unnecessary. We mostly focus on the numbers and the paperwork that comes through every day. Nagpur weather can be tough with the heat, so we rely on our fans and the air conditioning a lot. We are a small group and we usually know what is going on with everyone else's work because we sit close together. There is no big hierarchy here. If something needs doing, whoever is free just grabs the file. We have some tea in the afternoon and talk about the news or what is happening in the neighborhood. It is a steady environment. We do not have any corporate slogans on the wall. We just come in, do the work, and go home to our families. It is a simple way of doing business.
